Lindsay McDougall

Lindsay McDougall has been making radio for 20 years and making music even longer. Joining Frenzal Rhomb fresh out of high school, he rode that dirty wave for almost ten years before getting his first real job, presenting breakfast on triple j. After ten years of pretending to still be young, he left the national youth broadcaster, moved to Wollongong and got a job at ABC Illawarra, where he still is currently as well as continuing to pretend he’s still kinda young in Frenzal Rhomb and a few associated acts.
Melody Forghani
Director and Founder, 23 (twnty three)
23 (twnty three) is an independent artist management and publicity company based in Sydney, New York and London that manages Vallis Alps, GAUCI, Shady Nasty, davey, and more - and handles PR for artists such as RAYE, Caroline Polachek, Little Simz, Noname, Wisp, and SPEED. Melody has also been the music co-programmer for BIGSOUND, Arvos Executive Producer at Sydney’s FBi Radio, and a member of the NSW Night-Time Economy Taskforce, an Australia Council Grant Assessor Panel and ARIA’s Emerging Leaders Board.
Andrew Khedoori
Manager, Amrap (Community Broadcasting Association of Australia)
Andrew Khedoori oversees distribution of new Australian music to community radio stations nationwide along with Australian music radio programs and initiatives. Andrew was previously Music Director at 2ser in Sydney, where he co-created and oversaw an eclectic music programming schedule, nurtured new shows and designed live music events and series.
Louise "Lulu" Thompson
Interview Coordinator, BayFM
Lulu Thompson has worked alongside artists, performers and volunteers as a volunteer coordinator and DJ at festivals in the Byron Shire and interstate. A music producer and published writer in the field of musicology, she also holds a Bachelor of Audio Production and a Masters in Creative Industries from SAE Institute. At Byron Bay’s community radio station, BayFM, Lulu connects with people from diverse backgrounds to bring their stories to life on air.
