The City of Sydney are currently offering Accommodation Grants in the form of reduced or free rental for a number of City-owned community facilities (buildings and other spaces), to a range of non-profit community and cultural organisations.
5 properties are open for application. Applications close 17 October 2014.

HOW TO APPLY
Applications for the accommodations grants program are only invited when the City has a vacancy in the community property portfolio.The brief for each property will vary according to the type of property and community needs of the area.
Organisations interested in applying for the Accommodation Grants Program can register by emailing communitygrants@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au
to receive an email when a new round is open.
All applications are assessed against the general and specific criteria for this program, which are set out in the City’s grants and sponsorships policy.
