The Australia Council of the Arts has announced the recipients of the 2013 International Pathways grants. The funding program supports international touring by Australian musicians and provides up to $20,000 for artists and their manager undertaking international tours of five dates or more in at least three different cities or towns.
Critically acclaimed singer songwriter and performer Sarah Blasko has received funding for her upcoming 12 month show tour across the UK and Europe, including a showcase performance at the Barbican in London.
Other artists that have been funded include percussion ensemble Speak Percussion, indie pop group San Cisco and 11 piece Bollywood revivalists The Bombay Royale.
