Big Sound Live 2012 is now open for Australian artists to register for the chance to perform in front of some of the most influential figures in the music industry. Taking place on the 12 and 13th September the two-night music festival showcases artists in front of the local, national and international music industry delegates attending the Big Sound Music Industry Conference held 12 – 14 September.
This year Big Sound Live is expanding to showcase 100 acts across 10 venues. The festival aims to put on a diversity of breaking acts from across the globe with a particular focus on the country music scene.
Big Sound Live is a rare opportunity to help artists break both within national and international markets. Artists will also receive increased media exposure through the showcasing opportunity.
Previous year’s festival line-ups have included Boy and Bear, The Jezabels, Children Collide, DZ Deathrays, Ball Park Music, Cloud Control, Emma Louise, The Getaway Plan and Lanie Lane.
