The organisers of Berlin’s music conference Popkomm have announced that they will return in 2010, after the GFC (may we never speak of it again) meant the conference were to shut it’s doors.
The conference will take place at the Berlin Airport Tempelhof from September 8 – 10, at the former departure gates of the airport and will be an integral part of the new umbrella brand Berlin Music Week, showcasing the city’s music industry to international guests.
The shelved conference and ‘Welcome To Data Bay’ theme may finally come to fruition next year. Details on the program, key-note speakers and entertainment are yet to be announced.
