Indent’s Save The Scene Forums hit Sydney and Newcastle - MusicNSW

After a successful run of regional workshops stretching almost 4000kms across NSW, Indent’s Save the Scene Tour is set to hit Sydney and Newcastle. Indent, the hub for all-ages entertainment will present two event management and music business skills forums for young people living in Sydney, Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Both the Sydney and Newcastle Save the Scene forums are free admission and will be open to young event organisers, emerging bands, artists and both active and past Indent event teams.

The sessions will offer young people and those working in the all-ages scene, a unique opportunity to network, engage in discussion and access the expertise and experience of some of Australia’s leading music industry professionals.

Confirmed guests for Sydney include: Tim Levinson – Urthboy/The Herd, Graham Nixon – Parkway Drive Manager, Tom Taafe – New World Artists and Marty Novosel – Boundary Sounds as well as representatives from APRA, AIR, FBi Radio, MySpace and AMRAP.

Newcastle guests include: Kristy Wilson – Big Day Out, Lachlan Marks – Drum Media, Tracy Redhead – VROOM and Sarah Norton – WAM.
