Touring is complicated. There are so many things to keep track of; backline, transport, budgets, accommodation – and this is before a chord’s even been strummed!
SOUND ADVICE is in Port Macquarie this April to help make sure you’re ready for whatever the road can throw at you.
Hosted by Regional Music Officer for the Mid North Coast, Ali Buckley, this event features a special touring How-To session for independent artists with Stu Marks from Sunline Music. It will also give you the opportunity to meet the new Projects and Programs Manager for Arts Mid North Coast, Liv Parker, as well as other passionate music people in your area.
There’ll be nibbles provided, and attendance is free with registration.

This event is taking place on stolen Birpai land. MusicNSW acknowledges the traditional owners of this land and the colonial violence that displaced them. We pay our respects to Birpai elders past and present, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
