Are you a young musician hoping to secure a solid support, or a club gig for under 200 people? Come along and hear from some of the city’s most influential bookers and managers about how to book a great gig in Sydney.
From the minimum promotional requirements, to the legal, technical and financial necessities, our panel of experts will shed some light on the business of small club shows and supports. Those in bands, duos and solo performers will get perspective on good and bad treatment, negotiating deals, and everything else to do with booking some of your act’s first shows.
MusicNSW Education Officer Jake Stone will host the seminar and light refreshments will be provided. Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 50 participants so RSVP is essential. This event is 18+.
