Our good friends at Mission Australia run a fantastic program called Sounds of the Street. It is facilitated by the Creative Youth Initiative (CYI) at Mission Australia, and provides a unique service – free creative programs for young people aged 16-25 who are facing hardship and challenges in their lives, such as homelessness, mental issues and substance abuse.
The latest group of young people participating in the program are launching their album titled, ‘From the Ground Up’ at The Red Rattler Theatre on Feb 5th. We highly recommend heading along, and showing your support for these incredible young musicians!
