APRA is looking to fill their full-time position of Revenue & Administration Assistant which has recently become available at their Sydney office.
The primary functions of the role are to provide administrative support to the Licensing areas within the Revenue Group. In addition, the role provides support to the Administration Department through assistance with reception duties, mail room services and other department relevant tasks. The successful applicant will be seated at the Reception Desk.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Broadcast & Online:
• Processing online Production Music Client Registrations
• Monitoring of the Monthly First Use Report
• Clients Calls and invoicing
• Scanning and filing of agreement and licence application documents
Recorded Music Services:
• Information gathering and research assistance for Licensing Representatives
• Scanning licence agreements
• End of month statement mailouts
Licensing Services:
• Review, manage and collate Return to Sender correspondence
• Reassessment collating
Other tasks as required for all three departments
Administration:
• Performing duties of receptionist and switchboard operator including:
? maintaining lists of staff absences to facilitate the direction of incoming calls
? arranging and supervising couriers
? receiving and accounting for incoming goods in particular stationery items
? performing general administration tasks such as filing and assisting with mailouts
? coordination of meetings and receiving visitors
• Performing duties of mailroom operator including:
? delivery of daily mail, sorting and delivering to departments
? collecting milk from foyer and delivering to each floor each morning
? ensuring all storage areas on each floor are stocked with supplies of copy paper, letterhead and envelopes
? banking for Finance Department
? room set up for seminars and events

Previous reception or customer service experience will be highly advantageous
