Foxtix have just released the results of it’s survey on the current ticketing market.
After surveying 2139 online participants, the ‘State of Event Ticketing’ report by CoreData and Foxtix has revealed that the most common problems faced by ticket buyers were booking fees, website crashes and missing out on tickets.
Some other findings included:
78.1% – want to see more Government involvement in regulating the ticketing industry.
38.8% – want to see a lay-by option
10% -believed tickets were good value for money.
Foxtix are claiming to create a more effective means of ticket distribution for venue managers, promoters and other stakeholders based on these survey findings.
