Is your band ready for radio? I Am With The Band is back for 2011 and this year Nova has teamed up with the National Drugs Campaign to look for Australia’s hottest new acts.
You could win $10,000, be played on Nova, be mentored by Sony Music and get a full day recording session at Australian Institute of Music. Nova have already got the first tour lined up! You could be joining the Logitech Rock The Schools tour 2011 with flights, accommodation and $1000 spending money.
This year the competition organisers have spiced things up by opening up the vote to the public!
All you need to do is enter via the website: i am with the band, upload original tracks, write a little bit about yourself and away you go!
There are criteria you must fulfil to be eligible for this competition, such as:
- Entrants (including all members of the group/band) must be 15 years of age or over.
- Entrants who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, including where the Entrant is a band or group where one member or more is under 18 years of age

Entries close Sunday MARCH 13, 2010.
The Top Ten Finalists will be announced Monday MARCH 21, 2010 and public voting will open the same day and end on Wednesday MAY 18. 2010.
The winner of the competition will be announced Friday MAY 20, 2010.
