MusicNSW says goodbye to Corporate Director Jane Powles, who is set to take up position at SurfAid International, a not for profit humanitarian organisation focused on health, wellbeing and self resilience of people living in isolated regions of the world
Jane’s passion, determination and belief in Music in NSW has led the association into it’s strong position as key advocacy and support body. The MusicNSW board and staff wish jane all the best in her new position.
MusicNSW will be recruiting a new permanent part-time Corporate Director to work alongside Creative Director Eliza Sarlos in leading the association through its next stage of development. Having made significant political advancements in 2009, MusicNSW eagerly anticipates with a new appointment the capacity of the industry state wide as well as nationally through the Australian Music Industry Network (AMIN).
The position will manage the corporate governance of the organisation as well as working with MusicNSW board and Creative Director to determine the future strategic position of the association.
