The Regional Arts Development Officer (RADO) network in NSW is seeking a dynamic and self motivated person to fulfill the position of South West Arts RADO. The Regional Arts Development Officer will facilitate the development of projects and initatives to promote arts and community cultural development in the South West region of New South Wales.
There are 13 locally driven Regional Arts Boards across NSW and are funded by Arts NSW and the nine local government areas of the South West. The RADOs primary responsibilities are to oversee the activities of the organisation and manage the development, implementation and ongoing activities contained within the Triennial Plan and annual Business Plan. Management of these activities includes all facets of planning, financial management, governance, staff supervision, evaluation and reporting to the Board.
