Round 18 for the Contemporary Music Touring Program closes 15 June. It is an initiative by the Department of the Environment,
Water, Heritage and the Arts. It supports touring by contemporary music sector. These are for tours which begin on January 1, 2010, mostly for acts from, or to, regional and remote areas. An important change is that all applicants are now required to provide the original completed and signed application form, a copy on CD or Memory Stick and one copy of each of any supporting materials. All support material must arrive with the application by the Close of Business on the closing date. Faxed, emailed or late applications will not be accepted. See www.arts.gov.au.
